Choosing the Right T-shirt Printing Equipment

A heat press is probably the most important component of any t-shirt printing business. Without a high-quality mockup, you will find that your final print lacks color and/or clarity. It is very important to measure your transfer of heat and pressure. Choosing the right heat press ensures consistency every time.

For absolute beginners and those with somewhere to explore, the Clam Type Press is a great choice. It has a small frame, so you won't find that it takes up half of your living room.

The next step is the Swing Press, a modified design. This improves printing speed and accuracy, by allowing easier access to the custom-made shirts printing & custom bowling shirts  printing.

If you are aiming for mass production, it would be better to invest in a pneumatic press. These machines are more expensive but work more efficiently through the proper application of heat and pressure. Companies such as Xpress and Target Transfers offer a complete range of heat transfer suppressors.

Inkjet or Laser Printer?

Both printer technologies have their advantages and disadvantages. Inkjet devices are significantly cheaper to purchase than laser devices. The advantage of inkjet printers is that they produce vibrant colors with clear contrast. The downside is that ink can be expensive. The texture of inkjet screen printing is different from screen-printing shirts on the market

Laser printers, on the other hand, are known for producing prints that last longer. They are not blessed with the same vibrant colors, and they are also more expensive.

The main attraction of laser printing is that the fabric feels more natural. In other words, you won't feel like you've pressed a design on it. It is very attractive for professional production.
