Choosing a Wire Coiling Machine

Choosing the right wire coiling machine is essential to producing quality coils at an affordable price. There are a few things to consider when making your purchase, including type of coil, number of coils, and coil size.

When choosing a wire coiling machine, think about what kind of coil you want to produce. There are three main types of coils: round wire, square wire, and hexagonal wire. Round wire is the most common type and produces a smooth surface. If you are looking for a company that  completes your expectations , then you need look no further than PEL Manufacturing.

Square wire is more like barbed wire and has more points on the surface. Hexagonal wire is smaller than round or square wire and has six points on each side.

Tips for Successful Wire Coil Binding

There are a few things to keep in mind when binding wire coil books. Follow these simple tips, and you'll be on your way to a successful binding process!

1. Make sure the coils are tight against each other. Coils should be tightly bound together so that pages stay together during the binding process.

2. Use enough glue. Glue should be applied liberally to help hold the coils together and keep pages from falling out.

3. Allow time for the glue to dry completely before proceeding with the binding process. Too much glue can cause the coils to come loose, resulting in a less than successful bookbinding process.

4. Trim any excess glue away after the binding process is complete.
